With expert coaching and a supportive environment, OPS Football Programs & Camps provide the perfect balance of learning, competition, and fun for athletes of all ages.
The Yard is a six-session program designed for young athletes ages 4–9, providing a fun and engaging introduction to the game of football. Held indoors at the Ash Center, each session begins with 40–45 minutes of instruction from OPS Football staff, focusing on core fundamentals like throwing, catching, change of direction, and acceleration. After instruction, players put their skills into action through activities and scrimmages, creating an energetic and supportive environment where kids can build confidence, improve coordination, and develop a love for the game.
The OPS Sunday Football Academy is a six-week developmental program held on Sundays from January 11 through February 22. Designed for athletes looking to sharpen their skills during the offseason, the Academy provides focused instruction by position. Linemen will train on key fundamentals such as footwork, hand placement, and technique on both sides of the ball, while skill players will develop their speed, agility, and football IQ. Each session is built to prepare athletes to compete with confidence at the next level.
