OPS Football Leagues provide athletes of all ages the chance to compete, learn, and grow in a structured environment. From early skill development to organized games, each league blends instruction with competition, giving players the opportunity to sharpen fundamentals, build confidence, and experience the excitement of football in a fun, supportive setting.
The Yard is a six-session program designed for young athletes ages 4–9, providing a fun and engaging introduction to the game of football. Held indoors at the Ash Center, each session begins with 40–45 minutes of instruction from OPS Football staff, focusing on core fundamentals like throwing, catching, change of direction, and acceleration. After instruction, players put their skills into action through activities and scrimmages, creating an energetic and supportive environment where kids can build confidence, improve coordination, and develop a love for the game.
